RETURN POLICY

All items, unworn, new with tags - excluding swimwear, may be returned with 14 days of purchase. 

ALL swimwear is FINAL SALE, and may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

 

All of our products are under strict quality control, and we will only accept returns if the defect is on our end. If contacted within 15 days of your original order,  after review, any defective items can be replaced by an item of the same value.


If you need to return an item, please                      with your order number and reason for return. Our representatives will respond with instructions on how to proceed further.

 

All Returns & Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.

  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, sunscreen or any other stains.

  • Merchandise must have all original tags & must be in original packaging.

  • The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery
     

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.

  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will reimburse you.

Please allow 3-5 days for any order placed at lianithelabel.com to be fulfilled and shipped. Once shipped, estimated delivery begins.

Orders are received and processed as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot accept order cancellations after your order has already been confirmed.
